OUTGROWERS

In our mission to improve the livelihood for majority of local farmers in Africa Jadeja Farming is supporting agriculture based marketing cooperative unions known in short as “AMCOS” as our out-grower farmers so to empower the local farmers to identify the crops in demand in the market, equip them with modern farming techniques from seed selection, manure application, training farmers of good farming practises and other extension services during farm management so to achieve a better yield per acre of production.

Jadeja is also committed to buy the crops farmers produce in a contract farming basis so to allow farmers to get financial assistance from agriculture supporting micro-finances so as to increase their production capacity.

Currently we also welcome interested farmers associations willing to work with Jadeja farming to engage in our priority crops such as soybeans, sugar beans, mung beans, chick peas and cassava.

We hold seminars with farmers educating them on the benefits of joining on our OUTGROWERS farming program for yellow maize and soya beans through contract farming which assures a reliable market for local farmers. Our aim is to reach out to all farmers across the country and build a huge farmers’ database which will help us to have a realible source of products needed for our export markets.

Recently we were invited to discuss our opportunities with farmers’ in Kilindi and Kiteto districts were we agreed to work together in our various farming projects of yellow maize and soya beans. To cement our relationship and supporting our farmers we are also providing seeds, fertilizer, expertize, machinery and other farming implements like tractors.

We have succeded to supply seeds to farmers in Kwediboma, mpalahala, bokwa and songe villages. Also we have provided a tractor to farmers in Kibirashi village to support their farming activities.

Jadeja welcomes all farming stakeholders to work with us to support local farmers and ensure they produce quality crops suitable for our export markets.

Orphanage Program

As part of our community social responsibility program we participate in supporting orphanage and vulnerable children to ensure we create a better environment to achieve their desired goals in life. Recently we organized an event of eating and drinking with orphans and vulnerable children at the Maunga youth group center located in Kinondoni Mkwajuni, Dar es salaam, Tanzania.

Jadeja believes it is the responsibility of all stakeholders to provide comfort to those in need so everybody lives a happy life.
